F2b launches e-Presente, a high tech tool for Relationship Marketing
 
Pioneer in the field of online payment in Brazil, F2b has launched a unique solution: e-Presente, an electronic coupon, with value and previously defined expiry date, to be used in all establishments that accept F2b as a form of payment or through catalogs especially developed by the company.
 
This novelty will help executives to search for gifts for customers and different alternatives, especially as celebrative dates, direct marketing actions, incentive campaigns, fidelity and research. Companies will find in e-Presente a tool that avoids stocks and delivery operations, apart from allowing the evaluation of an action and showing creativity and innovation.

Apart from being different, e-Presente is very practical because the customer receives a totally customized email, according to the objective of the marketing action. The customer will choose what he wants to win through the Internet, receiving his gift in the indicated address. Another advantage of the system is that, in case the customer who received e-Presente does not use it within the defined period, the value returns immediately to the company's account, and it will be available to be used in a new sending.

The customer needs only the address and email of the recipient in order to use the system, and the rest is managed by the F2b platform.
